Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Mirror

  Carefully place the MAGIC AI Mirror back into its original protective foam and crate to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
